Advent Calendar

I had to share this advent calendar that Dena Rekow provided others as a kit. It is so incredibly cute and so easy to do. It has little tins that can put daily goodies in to open as you celebrate the Advent season.

Jingle All the Way

I saw this project on Mary Brown's blog and I just had to try it. This uses a rectangle glass block, the small Jingle All the Way Decor Elements, Riding Hood Red/Very Vanilla 1 1/4” ribbon, and the Pretties kit.

Celebrate the Holidays IV

Friday, I held the last of my Celebrate the Holiday's Classes. The focus of this one was packaging for the holiday's yet all projects can be used for any time of the year with a change of the colors and/or stamp set.
Attendee's did a Bag in a Box, Triangle Box and and Envelope Bag (above)

A Top Note Bag

And a Gift Card Holder.

These are LARGE discounts on BUNDLES of like items. This sale is only available from November 26th - December 1st and will be on an "as quanities last" basis, so if you see something you like, I would grab it asap to ensure that it is there for you.

Here's the bullet points:
  • The sale is a limited-time, 20 to 50 percent discount on select product bundles from November 26 through December 1, 2008.
  • Details on discounted product bundles will be announced when the sale begins November 26.
  • Quantities of discounted bundles are limited, so you and your customers should place orders online early.

You can use credit cards to make your purchases. Remember, quantities are limited so be sure to shop early.

Celebrate the Holidays III

Last Friday, I had the 3rd of my Celebrate the Holiday's classes. Those that attended made the Create-a-Calender from the Holiday Mini, in addition, attendee's made a sampling of the ornament kits also in the Holiday Mini and a winter card. Along with the Create-a-Calendar I showed the 4-1/4" x 9" On Board Clipboard decorated with coordinating papers that makes a wonderful addition to this project. You can put your monthly calendar on it, a month at a time and either hang by the loop in the back, or add magnets to put it on your refrigerator. This is a great neighbor, teacher or grandparent gift!
There are 2 ornament kits available in the Holiday Mini...Star Bright Designer Series Paper Ornaments and the On Board Trinkets Ornaments. These kits make more between 40-65 ornaments depending on which kit. The DS papers used for these ornaments coordinate with our new In Colors. Why not try making these for your Christmas tree or other holiday decorating.

This card was made using the Ski Slope Designer Series Paper, Ribbon Origionals, and Felt Flurries...all from the Holiday Mini.

Gift Registry

Are you tired of receiving gifts from friends and family that are not really what you wanted?
Do you have a Stampin’ Up! wish list that is a mile long?

Well, we can solve these two problems at once!

I now have a Gift Registry where you can send me your wish list online and I will let your friends and/or family members know that they can purchase Stampin' Up! products as Christmas gifts (or any other special occasion) for you. I will even wrap these products to make it even easier for the gift giver in your life. And as always, any denomination of gift certificates can also be purchased.

It's easy to start your gift registry....simply click on the "Gift Registry" link on the right under Stampin' Up! Links. Fill out the form and click send. I will receive notification with the necessary information and that is how simply the process starts.

Set up your gift registry TODAY!!

Gift Giving Guide

Stampin’ Up! has put together a cool ‘Gift Guide’ that features lists of items/gifts that you can buy for under $10, $25, $50 & $100! Click the Holiday Gift Guide link (photo at the right as you scroll down the page) to view the list.

Of course, you can always buy a gift certificate from me (the gift that ‘fits’ everyone!).

Last night I held an Emergency Card Kit Class

This class used the Best Ever Simply Scrappin' Kit. Attendees went home with 12 cards, envelopes, and a card box to put the cards in. This kit is great to have on hand for those last minute needed cards or makes a great gift for someone.....think upcoming holidays!! Those that attended also went home with all of the remaining supplies from the Simply Scrappin' Kit to make more Emergency Card Kits, scrapbook pages or other card projects...There was PLENTY left over. Kansas City Regional

Stampin' Up! has done it again! This past weekend I traveled to Kansas City to attend a Stampin' Up! regional (like a mini convention) with my friend Lori. They did not disappoint in what we received. It was a day filled with new ideas that I can't wait to show you. There were many project samples, make and takes, and we even got a free stamp set! There were many prize drawings but I, nor anyone at my table were any of the lucky ones that won. For me, another highlight was that after 8 years as a demo, I finally got the opportunity to meet Shelli (CEO and Co-Founder of Stampin' Up!) Another perk of a smaller regional event were the much smaller crowds and more personal. All and all a great day. In the coming days I will post more photos.
